I grew up in Texas and started by HVAC journey in Texas but now I am proud to call North Carolina my home. I am married to a beautiful North Carolinian and I am the father of three children and one grandson, we are firmly planted in the Piedmont Triad area for over 25 years.Diamond was launched over 17 years ago, while working for another company, Derien saw the need for a better way in the HVAC industry “Better Service done right the first time”. And so Diamond HVAC Services was started 16 years ago taking the name from my Rottweiler. In keeping with the need for a better way, Derien initiated the Diamond Pledge; “Quality services done right…first”. While building the company and seeing the need to expand, Derien changed the name to Diamond Heating & Cooling Services, Inc.“QUALITY SERVICE DONE RIGHT …FIRST”, this saying is not just a cliche, but the standard by which we engage all our customers . From the time the phone is picked up to when our vans leave your premise, our services is what separate us. This Diamond Pledge is founded on the principles of Honesty, Integrity, and Trust.Our desire to engage with our customers in all aspects of the job, gives us the unique opportunities to build long lasting relationships. This requires us to listen, and listen so that in offering solutions, it is not based on a brief moment with our customers, but based on meaningful conversation with them, so that when the job is done our customers can say they are having “A Diamond Of A Day”.While many of the companies that Derien grew up with in the HVAC industry have merge, sold, and change; the fundamental foundation is that Diamond will continue to uphold our core values of honest, integrity and, trust; with these core foundations Diamond has withstood the test of time from the past and as we continue to build for the future, one thing will always be that our customers can always hear our slogan “Have a Diamond of a Day” which reflects the highest quality of service we can give our customers.
